摘要
采用自行研制的CuMnNi钎料对YG8硬质合金与42CrMo钢的真空钎焊工艺进行了研究。通过三点弯曲试验、润湿性试验、扫描电镜及能谱分析等手段探讨了钎焊温度、钎焊间隙大小对钎焊接头组织和性能的影响。结果表明:钎料对两种母材具有良好的润湿性,钎焊温度在950℃、钎缝宽度为0.20mm时,可获得最优钎焊接头,接头抗弯强度达到436MPa。在钎缝界面区,形成以FeCoNi为基的固溶体。
Vacuum brazing of 42CrMo steel and hard alloy YG8 with self-developed CuMnNi solder was studied. Through three-point bending experiment, wetting test, SEM and EDS, the effects of brazing temperature and joint clearance on microstructure and properties of the joint were discussed respectively. The results show that, CuMnNi solder has better wettability to YG8 and 42CrMo steel, when brazing temperature is 950℃, clearance is 0.2 mm and vacuum degree is 5× 10^-2 Pa, the bending strength reaches 436 MPa. The FeCoNi-based solid solution is formed at the interface of joint.
