摘要 采用CuMnNi钎料对YG6C硬质合金与16Mn钢的真空钎焊工艺进行研究。通过三点弯曲试验、扫描电镜(SEM)及能谱分析(EDS)等手段探讨了钎焊温度、钎焊间隙大小对钎焊接头组织和性能的影响。结果表明:钎料对两种母材具有良好的润湿性,钎焊温度在965℃、钎缝宽度为0.20mm时,可获得最优钎焊接头,接头抗弯强度达到709MPa。 The vacuum brazing of 16Mn steel and hard alloy YG6C with CuMnNi filler metal was studied. By three-point bending experiment, SEM and EDS, the effects of brazing temperature and joint clearance on the microstructure and properties of the welded joint were discussed. The results show that CuMnNi filler metal has better wettability to YG6C and 16Mn steel. When brazing temperature is 965℃ and clearanee is 0.2 mm, the bending strength reaches 709 MPa.
