摘要
目的:探讨温通巴布膏对腹泻模型小鼠血清胃动素和肠吸收功能的影响。方法:采用蓖麻油灌胃制备小鼠腹泻模型,将试验动物分为5组,采用酶联免疫吸附剂测定法检测小鼠血清胃动素水平,采用D-木糖吸收试验测定尿中木糖的排泄量。结果:腹泻+药物组血清胃动素水平明显低于单纯腹泻组、腹泻+基质组(q=5.825,4.622),明显高于对照+药物组和单纯对照组(q=4.287,5.329),差异均有显著性(P<0.01);腹泻+药物组尿D-木糖水平明显高于单纯腹泻组、腹泻+基质组,差异均有显著性(q=6.343,5.649,P<0.01)。结论:温通巴布膏对抗小鼠腹泻模型的主要作用机制为降低小鼠腹泻模型血清胃动素水平,增加肠道的吸收功能。
OBJECTIVE To study the effect of Wentong Babugao on the hormone to strengthen stomach power in serum and the absorbing function of intestines in the diarrhea model mice. METHODS The castor oil was used to prepare the diarrhea model mice. The test animals were divided into 5 groups. The ELISA and the absorbing test were used to measure the level of hormone to strengthen stomach power in serum and the D-xylose. RESULTS The level of hormone to strengthen stomach power in serum of diarrhea + drug group were lower than the level of the diarrhea group and diarrhea + blank group(q = 5. 825, 4. 622), but higher than the comparison + drug group and comparison group (q = 4. 287,5. 329). The difference was notable(P 〈0. 01 ). The concentration of xylose in urine of the diarrhea + drug group were higher than the level of the diarrhea group and diarrhea + blank group, The difference was notable(q = 6. 343,5. 649, P〈0. 01 ). CONCLUSION The Wentong Babugao could reduce the level of hormone to strengthen stomach power in serum, increase the absorbing function of intestines. This is the mechanism that Wentong Babugao can resist the diarrhea model mice.
