摘要
目的 :考察木糖剂量及稀释倍数对木糖吸收实验的影响。方法 :给予大鼠三种剂量的木糖 ,并进行 5 0 0和 2 5 0倍的稀释 ,测定大鼠尿中木糖排出量。结果 :确定最佳实验条件 :剂量为 1.5 m g/kg-1,稀释倍数为 2 5 0倍。结论 :在选定的条件下对蒙药那仁—满都拉可促进小肠对木糖的吸收。
The influence of dosage and dilution to the absoption of xylose were evaluated.Rats were used for evaluation and xylose was given at three dosages and determined at 250 and 500 times of dilution.The best experimental condition was obtained at dosage of 1.5 mg/kg -1 and 250 times of dilution.The intestinal absorption experiment was conducted with a traditional Mongolian medicine named Naren-Mandula on above condition.
