摘要
面向炼焦生产全流程智能优化控制,设计与开发一种仿真实验平台。分析炼焦生产流程和仿真实验目的,提出一种包括优化控制实验层和炼焦过程模拟层的分层分布式系统结构。实现炼焦过程状态参数与控制信号的模拟收发、各车间级子系统优化监控、全流程生产集中实时监视与综合生产目标优化等功能。系统运行表明,该仿真实验平台能合理有效的模拟炼焦生产特性和进行智能优化控制实验。
This paper designs a kind of simulation system aimed to the intelligent integrated optimizing control for whole coking process. A hierarchical distributed simulation system structure is given which contains two layers, intelligent integrated optimizing control and simulation for whole coking process. Provides the simulation parameters I/O for whole coking process, optimizing control for workshop, on- line centralized monitoring and comprehensive production objective optimization. The result of experiment demonstrates it can effectively simulate characteristics of coke oven and intelligent integrated optimizing control.
