摘要
炼焦生产工艺复杂,为保证生产过程的长期稳定、安全运行,开发了焦炉集散控制系统。该系统的硬件采用北京和利时的MACSV控制系统。详细阐述了焦炉集散控制系统(DCS)的基本结构和控制系统的组态方法,实际应用表明该控制系统具有很好的控制效果。
Because of the complex process of coking production,in order to ensure long-term,stable and sate running ,the distrtbuted control system of the coke oven is developed. The system hardware adopted HOLLIAS-MACSV system. In this paper,the main structure of DCS and configuration of this control system are described in detail. The application shows the system has excellent performance.
