摘要 从煤矿的安全形势出发,开发设计了一种基于单片机MSP430F149的CO检测系统。在分析电化学CO传感器工作原理的基础上,详细阐明了CO传感器的工作原理,具体给出了CO检测系统的软硬件设计与实现方法。该系统采用低功耗的器件和低耗能的设计方法,具有高精度、多功能、智能化程度高等特点,适合于空间受限的工作环境使用,也可推广应用到其它测试系统中。 Considering the security situation in coal mine, a novel low power consumption CO detection system based on MSP430F149 MCU is designed and developed. On the basis of the analysis on operational principle of the electrochemistry CO sensor, the operation of the CO sensor is expounded in detail. The design methods of hardware and software as well as the implementation of the CO detection system are given. Low power consumption components and this kind of design are adopted for the system. The system features high accuracy, multiple functions, and high intelligence, it is suitable for applications in limit operational space, and can be popularized into other detection systems.
