摘要
描述了ECU可靠性检测系统的工作原理,研究了系统各个环节的具体实现方式,主要包括发动机模拟以及多串行口的模拟。系统利用简单可靠的方式对发动机进行全面地模拟,使得ECU可以脱离摩托车整车工作。同时系统通过模拟串口对主控制器和被测ECU的通讯可进行实时无影响的监测。通过整套系统,可以自动高效检测ECU,并分析出ECU缺陷产生的原因,以达到改进并提高ECU可靠性的目的。
The principle of reliability validating system of ECU is described. All the parts of this system including simulation of engine and multi-UART are investigated. This system uses simple and reliable way to simulate all-round behaviors of engine. Due to the system, FAI's ECU can work independently without motor vehicle. The system uses the simulated multi-UART to achieve the on-line and effect-less inspection between the main control unit and ECU. ECU can be proof tested automatically and effectively, and the faults of tested ECU and the causes of these faults can also be confirmed and analyzed.
