摘要
采用低压电力线载波通信(LPLC)技术,提出了一种基于LPLC技术的新型风机过滤器单元(FFU)群控系统设计方案,介绍了系统的构成及工作原理,并给出了软硬件设计。该系统采用专用LPLC收发芯片PL2102实现低压电力载波通信,通过供电线路即可实现FFU的LPLC组网群控,减少了系统布线和提高了系统的可靠性。对所设计的系统进行了试验运行测试,结果表明该系统具有成本低、抗干扰性强、系统稳定、易于实现和可控性好等优点,适合推广应用。
Abstract : Use low-voltage power line cartier communication (LPLC) technology, a novel design scheme of fan filter unit (FFU) group control system based on LPLC is proposed in this paper. The structure and operating principle of the system are described. The hardware and software designs are introduced. The group system communicate use LPLC technology based PL2102 chip, which can realize FFU LPLC networking group control through the power line, effectively reduce the cost of the system layout and design, and improve the system's flexibility and applicability of the network. Finally the proposed system was tested experiments and engi- neering applications show that the proposed system has the advantages of simple structure, low cost, flexible networking, reliable communication, effective monitoring and good scalability, and would be an useful product for large - scale application.
