在铁路运输生产中,铁路局是运输生产的直接指挥者。概述上海铁路局机车调度命令系统的设计、开发和实施过程,介绍系统的总体结构、功能划分以及采用的关键技术,最后对效益进行分析。运用本系统,可使铁路局机车调度命令工作变得简单而高效。
Railway Administration was the direct commander in daily transportation activities.It was summarized the process about designing,developing and applying for the Locomotive Dispatching Order System of Shanghai Railway Administration,introduced the System architecture,the functions and the key technologies.Finally it was analyzed the application benefit.This System would facilitate the locomotive dispatching order routine of the railway administration to some extent.
