摘要 铁路局调度管理信息系统中机车调度子系统,是为保障运输安全、提高机车运用效率、减轻调度人员劳动强度而设计,具有调阅、审批机车周转图,统计分析机车报表及报表输出等功能,其很好的可靠性、通用性、可移植性和可扩展性,以及实用性强、易于操作等特点,深受现场调度员欢迎。 The locomotive operation system, a sub system of operation and control MIS for railway Administration, is designed to ensure transportation safety, to improve efficiency for locomotive utilization and to ease the labor intensity of controllers. It has the functions of loading, examining and approving locomotive turn round chart, statistics and analysis of relevant locomotive tables as well as the output of these tables. This system is widely accepted by the controllers on site thanks to its characters of good reliability, universality, easy to adopt and to expand, practicability and easy to operate, etc.
