摘要
通过分析朔黄铁路神池南站现有信息系统功能单一、信息共享程度较低等问题,建立了以统一平台、信息共享、智能智慧为主要特征的新型调度系统。新系统以调度集中系统、车号自动识别系统等既有的成熟系统为基础,以信息集成为核心,在现有系统的基础上对信息进行集成加工再分发,实现车站计划管理、现车管理、施工管理、接发列车、调车作业、统计分析等信息的互联互通,使作业计划从编制、下达、执行、反馈、统计“一条线”管理,解决原有车站信息系统割裂发展、信息传输受阻等问题,降低基层车站调度员、车站值班员、车号员等岗位作业劳动强度,从而实现生产流程再造,车站行车组织高效运行,为铁路技术站综合自动化发展探索出新的模式。
By analyzing the problems in the existing information system of Shenchinan Station of Shuohuang Railway,such as single function and low degree of information sharing,this paper established a new dispatching system featuring unified platforms,information sharing,and intelligence.The new system was based on mature systems containing centralized dispatching system and automatic identification system of train numbers,and focused on information integration.Then it integrated processing and redistributed information based on existing systems to realize the interconnection and intercommunication of station planning management,existing train management,construction management,train receiving and dispatching,shunting operations,and statistical analysis.As a result,the operation plan manage from the preparation,release,execution,feedback,and statistics was conducted as“one line”,and problems including fragmented development of the original station information system and blocked information transmission were solved.Additionally,the labor intensity of basic-level station dispatchers,station duty clerks,and train number clerks was reduced.In this way,the reengineering of production processes and the efficient operation of the station traffic organization are realized to explore a new model for the comprehensive automation development of railway technical stations.
