摘要 从蕨菜主要成分及其功能、种苗繁殖、高效栽培模式及加工技术几个方面综述了野生蕨菜研究现状。并结合开发野生资源、保护生态、提高经济效益和社会效益等方面,提出了现阶段发展野生蕨菜需进一步研究的重点问题,展望了野生蕨菜未来的发展方向。 Pteridium aquilinum is a non-pollution wild vegetable and has a long culture history. Nowadays, it is getting popular in people's dinning table. In this article, the research and development of Pteridium aquilinum from several aspects are explained, including the components and functions, seedling propagation, high-efficiency cultivation patterns and processing technology of Pteridium aquilinum. In addition, some significant influences which involved in the exploiting wild resources, protecting ecology, and improving economic benefits and social benefits etc are also discussed. Finally, some important problems for further study in this field and predict the direction of Pteridium aquilinum development in future are pointed out.
