摘要
采用树脂及正反相硅胶色谱柱从蕨菜 (Pteridiumaquilinumvar .latiusculum)中分离纯化出 9个化合物 ,通过波谱分析将它们分别鉴定为胡萝卜苷、山奈酚 3 O (6″ O 反 对羟基苯丙烯酰基 ) β D 葡萄糖苷、腺嘌呤核苷、蕨素 3 O β D 葡萄糖苷、牛膝甾酮、芦丁、蕨素A、坡那甾酮A和槲皮素。其中腺嘌呤核苷和牛膝甾酮为首次从该种植物中分离得到。
Nine compounds were isolated from Pteridium aquilinum var.latiusculum by resin,normal and reverse phase silica gel column chromatography.By spectral analysis,these compounds were identified as daucosterol,trans-tiliroside,adenosine,wallichoside,inkosterone,rutin,pterosin A,ponasterone A and quercetin.Among them adenosine and inkosterone were obtained for the first time from this plant.
