摘要
意商是衡量人的意志力高低的主要标准,意商与创造性人才的培养具有密不可分的关系,既相互依赖、又相互促进。创造性人才不仅要具有较高的智商、情商,还要有较高的意商。
Will - quotient is the main standard to measure a person＇s will and will - quotient and cultivation of creative talents are indispensable because thay are dependent to each other and promote each other. Creative talents need not only high IQ and EQ, but also high WQ.
