摘要
目的通过构建临床专业学位研究生人才素质测评指标体系及初步应用,为临床医学人才培养和人才评价提供客观依据。方法本研究基于中国临床医师岗位胜任力特征,经过对国内外相关研究的分析回顾、专家访谈、结合运用Delphi专家咨询法与AHP层次分析法,选取评价指标并进行权重分析。结果指标体系包含3个一级指标、9个二级指标、19个三级指标。一级指标,知识能力因素最为重要,其次是品德因素和个性特征。二级指标中,情商因素>动力因素>性格因素;专业知识能力>沟通与合作能力。并对12名专业学位研究生进行测评。结论该指标体系切实可行,其初步应用表明可以实现对研究生性格特征、专业知识和临床能力、沟通和团队协作能力、职业素养等方面的全方位评估。
Objective To provide the objective basis for clinical medical personnel training and evaluation through the construction and application of talent quality evaluation index system for postgraduates of clinical medicine.Methods The study is based on the competency characteristics of China clinicians.After reviewing and analyzing relevant research literatures,expert interviews,Delphi expert consultation method and AHP analytic hierarchy process were used to construct the index system and make analyze the weight.Results The index system of talent quality evaluation was established,including three primary indicators,six secondary indicators and nineteen third indicators.Its preliminary application and the analysis of evaluation results were used for diagnostic evaluation.Conclusion The preliminary application of the index system shows that it can achieve 360 degree evaluation of Postgraduates'personality characteristics,professional knowledge and clinical ability,communication and team cooperation ability,professional quality.
