摘要
壳聚糖是由β-(1-4)-2-乙酰氨基-D-葡萄糖单元和β-(1-4)-2-氨基-D-葡萄糖单元共聚而成的天然多糖。在结构上类似于动物体内的糖胺聚糖,可促进骨形成,具有良好的组织相容性、非抗原性、无毒性,有抑菌作用,同时对温度相对稳定,因此壳聚糖在骨组织工程中的应用显示出巨大的优势。现将壳聚糖作为支架材料在骨组织工程中的研究进展予以综述,并对其发展前景予以展望。
Chitosan, a natural polycose copolymerizated by a β-(1-4) -2-acetamido-D-glucose unit and a β-( 1-4 )-2-mnino-D-glucose unit, has a similar structure with glycosaminoglycan in animals. It can stimulate bone formation, and also is biocompatible, non-antigenic, non-toxic, bacteriostatical, besides its relatively stable to temperature. Accordingly its application in bone tissue engineering, shows great perspective. This article reviews the progress of chitosan applicated in bone tissue engineering, and look into the future of its developing prospects.
