摘要
在吐温-20(Tween-20)存在下,用分光光度法研究了苯芴酮与铁(Ⅲ)在碱性介质中的显色反应性能。苯芴酮与铁(Ⅲ)形成3∶1的蓝色络合物,该络合物的最大吸收波长λmax在620 nm处,在25 mL溶液中铁质量浓度在0-16μg/25 mL服从比尔定律,测定的表观摩尔吸光系数6ε20为9.355×104^L/(mol.cm)。所拟方法成功地用于聚烯烃树脂样品中微量铁的测定。
The chromogenic reaction of iron(Ⅲ) with phenylfluorone was studied in the presence of Tween-20 by the spectrophotometric method in detail. Results show that in the basic medium, iron(Ⅲ) reacts with the reagent phenylfluorone forming a stable blue chelate (1:3). The maximum absorption of this chelate is at 620 nm with an apparent molar absorptivity of ε620 9. 355 ×10^4 L/(mol ·cm). Beer's law is obeyed at the iron(Ⅲ) concentration range of 0- 16μg/25 mL. The proposed method has been applied to the direct determination of amounts of iron in polyolefin resin samples with satisfactory results
