摘要
提出了Fe -乙酰丙酮 -结晶紫三元络合物分光光度法测定铁的新方法。该方法灵敏度高 ,摩尔吸光系数ε =2 5 4× 10 5。在 5 0mL溶液中 ,铁质量在 0~ 10 μg时 ,与吸光度呈线性关系。用于水中微量铁的测定 。
Spectrophotometric determination of micro iron with the ternary complex system of Fe*#-acetylpropanone-crystal violet has been introduced.The method has a higher selectivity with the molar absorptivity ε=2.54×10~5 L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1). Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0~10 μg/50 mL for Fe*#.The method has been used to determine micro iron in water with satisfactory results.
