聚乙二醇萃取5-Br-PADAP分光光度法测定聚稀烃树脂中的铁 被引量:1

摘要 以聚乙二醇-硫酸铵-铝试剂萃取,采用5-Br-PADAP为显色体系测定聚烯烃树脂中的铁.络合物的最大吸收波长位于596 nm,其表观摩尔吸收系数ε=4.011×10^4L·mol^-1·cm^-1.铁量在0~18μg/25mL范围内服从比尔定律.人工合成样萃取回收率为98.8%~101.2%平均回收率为100.2%.测定聚乙烯和聚丙烯中的铁,相对标准偏差分别为0.5%、1.13%,加标回收率分别为99.1%、101.3%.该方法选择性高、准确度好、整个萃取操作具有安全、无毒、环保的特点. Fe (Ⅲ ) in polyolefin resin was determined by spectrometry with the system of 5-Br-PADAP , in which the interference ions were separated by the developing system of polyethylene glycol -ammonia sulfate-aluminum reagent. The maximum absorption wave length of complex locates at 596nm ,The apparent molar absorption coefficient is 4.011 × 10^4 L · mol^-1 · cm^-1. The Beerg law was obeyed between 0 - 18μg/25mL. The recovery rate of the artificial synthetic sample is about 98.8% to 101.2%. The average recovery rate is 100.2%. Fe( Ⅲ ) in the polyethylene and polypropylene were determined, The RSD is 0.5% and 1.13%, respectively. The recovery of standard addition is 99.4% and 100.8% respectively . The proposed method had the advantages of high selectivity and good accuracy. The extraction is nontoxic, safe, and does not contaminate the environment.
