摘要
高等学校科研管理是学校管理工作的重要组成部分,包括规范的管理制度、课题的选定和过程管理、组织成果鉴定及奖励申报、加强科研协作与学术交流等诸多方面。高等学校科研管理是按照科学技术发展的规律和管理的原理,制定高等学校科研发展规划,对科研活动进行科学分析,建立有利于科研活动的运行机制和管理办法,合理有效地管理科研人员和科研经费,使科研任务的完成达到最佳程度。高等学校科研水平的高低与科研管理有着密切的联系,科研管理水平对高等学校科研的发展起着举足轻重的作用。
Scientific research management of colleges and universities plays a key role in their entire management work. It consists of standardized administrative system, choice of research subjects and process control, organization of appraisal of scientific research findings, application for awards, improvement of research cooperation and academic exchanges and so on. According to the law of scientific and technological development and its management principles, the scientific research management of colleges and universities should centre around the development plan making, the research activity analysis, the estabishment of systems and management approaches that help enhance scientific research activities, rational and effective management of research staff and funds, by which research tasks can be accomplished as well as possible. Scientific research ability of colleges and universities has a great deal to do with its management. Scientific research management ability is of crucial importance in scientific research development in colleges and universities.
