摘要
高等院校科研管理水平的高低直接影响学校教学与科研质量的提高。由于高等院校科研的特殊性,使得其科研管理不能完全按照企业和科研院所的经验进行。要保证科研管理有效的运行,就必须提高科研管理质量。其措施是加强科研团队自身建设管理、科研项目研究过程管理、档案管理及科研经费管理等。
Scientific research management determines the quality of teaching and scientific researches in a university directly. However, such a job in universities can not follow the practices in enterprises and scientific research institutes completely owing to its uniqueness. Thus, the quality of scientific research management has to be improved by means of reinforcing the management of scientific researchers development, research process of scientific research projects, research archives and funds in order to ensure effective and efficient operation of scientific research management.
