摘要
本文结合目前社会需求人才的调查分析，提出了针对高校教育如何适应社会需求的复合型人才的培养要求；分析了创新型体育人才的素质结构；从而实现以素质教育为核心的六大教学模式的转变。
Be tied in the survey and analysis in the current social demand of talented people,propose demand about fit in with social demand to cultivate compound type of talented people ; analyze the quality structure of innovation sports talented people ; to realize quality education that is the core of the six teaching mode.
