摘要
兼职教师在高职办学中具有不可替代的重要作用,但目前兼职教师队伍建设中出现的聘任目的性偏差、队伍欠规模、管理欠规范、建设力度小等突出问题,致使这支队伍的作用得不到有效发挥。高职教育质量提高的内在动力要求办学者重新审视和探索一套有效的兼职教师队伍建设和管理机制,并积极付之实践。
Part-time teachers play important roles in higher vocational colleges, but nowadays some problems are still very prominent in construction of part-time teachers: indistinct purpose of appointment, small scale of contingent, irregular management and small intensity of construction, so that the function of the contingent can not be brought into useful play. The internal power of improvement of higher vocational education quality requires conductors to scan and explore renewedly a set of effective mechanism for the construction and management of part-time teachers and put it into practice.
