摘要
我国高职教育的发展为经济的腾飞提供了强有力的支持,但是在发展的过程中也暴露了不少问题:生师比过高、"双师型"教师缺口大、教师结构比例不合理、部分教师的教育思想和理念有偏差、培训机制不完善,这些问题都影响了高职院校的可持续发展。构建社会主义和谐文化对高职院校的师资队伍建设提出了更高要求。对此,从文化层面出发,本着"以人为本"的宗旨,从学校文化建设、团队建设、师资培训三个方面探讨如何加强高职师资队伍的建设的问题。
The development of higher vocational education provides strong support for the economic boom of China.However,many problems have arisen during the development.Problems such as high student-teacher ratio,shortage of 'double-qualified' teachers,unreasonable structure of teachers,deviation of some teachers' thoughts and ideas and the imperfection of teacher training mechanism have hindered the sustainable development of higher vocational colleges.Moreover,the construction of a harmonious socialist culture also requires us to strengthen the construction of teaching team.Based on the principle of people-oriented,this paper discusses how to strengthen the construction of teaching team in higher vocational colleges from the aspects of the construction of school culture,team building and teacher training.
