温湿度对混凝土膨胀剂膨胀作用的影响 被引量:7

摘要 研究了温湿度对混凝土膨胀剂的作用效率的影响,通过试验发现,温湿度对膨胀剂的作用效率有重要影响。早期充分水养对膨胀剂的膨胀效率发挥至关重要,早期水养时间一般不应少于7 d,饱和湿度且温度低于70℃时,随着温度提高,膨胀剂的早期膨胀效率提高,中后期膨胀效率则略有降低;当温度超过80℃后,不管湿度如何,膨胀剂的膨胀效率随温度的提高而大幅度降低,这主要与钙矾石的稳定性有关。 The influence on expansion effect of expansive agent by temperature and humiditys studied.The experiment results show that temperature and humidity had great influence on the expansive effect of the expansive agent.It is highly important that the water curing time affects the development of the expansion effect in the early period of time ,but the water curing time is usually at least 7 days.When humidity is saturated and temperature is under 70 ℃, with the increase of the temperature the expansion effect in the early period of time is greater while the expansion effect in the middle and later period of time is slightly smaller.When the temperature exceeds 80 ℃,the expansion effect diminishes greatly with the increase of the temperature due to the stability of ettringite.
