摘要
针对超高性能混凝土(UHPC)收缩大的问题,研究了硫铝酸钙类膨胀剂-CSA膨胀剂对超高性能混凝土体积稳定性、力学性能和工作性能的影响。运用诸多种材料测试技术,探讨了CSA膨胀剂对UHPC宏观性能的影响机理。实验结果表明:CSA膨胀剂小幅度提高了UHPC的早期强度,而对工作性能、凝结时间、长期抗压及抗折强度的负面影响小;掺加CSA膨胀剂虽然没有减缓UHPC内部相对湿度的下降速度,但该膨胀剂中双重膨胀组分硫铝酸钙和氧化钙在水化过程中分别生成了AFt和CH,产生膨胀作用,有助于降低UHPC的自收缩和干燥收缩。
In order to reduce the shrinkage of ultra-high performance concrete (UHPC),the effect of calcium sulphoaluminate (CSA) expansive agent on the volumetric stability, mechanical properties and workability of UHPC were investigated. Meanwhile,the mechanism of effects of CSA expansive agent on UHPC was explored based on some experimental measurements and observations. The results showed that CSA expansive agent could increase the early-age strength of UHPC* and the negative effect on the workability, setting time and strength was limited. The addition of CSA expansive agent did not slow down the decline rate of relative humidity in the UHPC, but two kinds of expansion hydrates (AFt and CH) were formed in hydration process of the calcium sulphoaluminate and calcium oxide in CSA expansive agent, which is helpful to decrease autogenous shrinkage and drying shrinkage.
