摘要
为了改善普通混凝土的物理力学性能,以等体积页岩陶粒取代普通粗骨料的方式,对少陶粒混凝土的干表观密度、导热系数、抗压强度、劈拉强度、弹性模量、应力-应变曲线分别进行了试验研究。结果表明,抗压强度、劈拉强度和弹性模量均随取代率增加呈先增大后减小的变化趋势,并在10%时达到最大值;干表观密度和导热系数则均呈线性减小关系;应力-应变曲线仍然符合过镇海模型(1982)。
It is tested on the dry appearance density(ρd),thermal conductivity(λ),cube compressive strength(fc),splitting tensile strength(fst),elasticity modulus(E0)and stress-strain(σ-ε)curve of hybrid aggregates concrete with less ceramsite(HACC).Which the coarse aggregates of normal weight concrete(NWC)are replaced by less shale ceramsite in equal volume in order to improve the physical-mechanical properties of NWC.The results show that the fc,fst and E0all increase firstly and then decrease with the increases of the replacement rates of ceramsite(Ssc),which reaches the maximum when Ssc is10%.But theρd andλall decrease linearly with the increases of Ssc.Theσ-εcurve of HACC still accords with the Z.H.Guo Model(1982).
