留学归国人员在广东高校工作中遇到的政策、环境、社会和自身方面的各种问题,需要通过各级领导者的重视和关心、成立高校归国人员联谊会、设立"归国留学人员专项基金"等举措来予以解决,以充分调动他们教学和科研的积极性。
The policies, environments, and social and individual problems for the returned Chinese students in Guangdong＇s colleges and universities need to be solved by such countermeasures as the close attention of leaders at all levels, the setting-up of unions and funds for these returned students to give full play to their enthusiasm for teaching and doing scientific research.
