本文界定了虚拟应急供应链的概念,在此基础上提出了构建的原则,建立了虚拟应急供应链构建的三阶段过程模型,并对构建过程中的关键因素作了进一步探讨。
It defines the concept of Virtual Emergency Supply Chain （VESC）, on the basis of which puts forward principle of construction, sets up three-phase process model and finally discusses the critical factors in the process of VESC construction.
