基于MDHGF的应急物流系统绩效评价研究 被引量:3

摘要 对应急物流系统进行绩效评价有助于政府等相关机构全面掌握应急物流的运作情况,改进作业规则和流程,提高应急物流效率和应急管理水平。文章首次采用MDHGF集成法,即将改进的Delphi、层次分析法(AHP)、灰色关联(Grey)、模糊评判(Fuzzy)集合而成,整个评价过程不同步骤运用不同的理论和方法,得到最合理的评价结果,提供决策支持;最后,通过一个实例验证该方法对应急物流系统绩效评价具有可行性和实用性。
