摘要
在对已有的虚拟企业伙伴选择方法分析的基础上,提出了虚拟物流组织组建过程的三阶段结构化模型,并在该模型中提出了定性筛选与按核心能力定量分类相结合的初选方法,设计和改进了利用模糊层次分析法确定权重向量的数学模型,提出了采用基准研究法确定抽象因素指标值的方法,给出了综合评估虚拟物流组织整体运行绩效的理论模型,最后,结合典型算例说明了该模型和算法的可操作性和有效性。
Based on the analysis of methods for partners selection in virtual corporations, this paper presents a three-stage model for the formation of virtual logistics organizations. A new first selection method that combines qualitative filtration with quantitative classification according to core competence provides for the model. Also the paper modifies the mathematical model that employs Fuzzy-Analytic Hierarchy Process (Fuzzy-AHP) to calculate weight vectors, puts forward a way to figure out index values of abstract factors based on benchmarking, gives a theoretical model for comprehensive evaluation of the operating performance of the virtual logistics organizations. An example demonstrates the validity, practicability and maneuverability of the model and algorithm.
