摘要
职业教育集团化办学是在市场经济推动下,职业教育领域进行的符合职业教育办学规律的体制创新。校校联合、校企合作、产教结合是集团的基本构成形式,跨区域、跨行业、多元化、自愿结成、组织灵活、各取所需是其特色。职业教育集团的健康运行必须建立一个与市场经济体制相适应的运行机制,应坚持从实际出发、特色办学的原则,按照职业教育的办学特点和要求组建职业教育集团。
Vocational education collectivization school running is a systematic innovation pushed by market-oriented economy, carried out in the field of vocational education, which is in line with the law of vocational educational school running. The unity between schools, cooperation between schools and enterprises and the combination between industries and enterprises are the basic constitutional forms of the collectivization; trans-regions, trans-industries, diversification, formation on a voluntary basis, flexible organization and each takes what it needs are its characteristics. The healthy operation of vocational education collectivization needs and operating mechanism to be established which is suitable for the market-oriented economy system, ensuring the output efficiency of vocational educational collectivization. Meanwhile, we should adhere to the principles of starting from the reality and school running with characteristics and orgnize vocational education collectivization according to the characteristics and requirment of school running of vocational education.
