摘要
为了创造新的抗菌核病油菜种质材料,以品质优良、再生频率较高的甘蓝型黄籽油菜品系SH21,K81和甘蓝型黑籽品系P98的种子、预培养的下胚轴为诱变材料进行不同剂量的γ射线照射处理,以草酸为筛选剂,筛选抗(耐)菌核病材料,结果表明,草酸筛选浓度为700 mg/L,效果较好;3个品系通过草酸筛选,获得14株耐草酸植株,经过菌核病菌丝接种鉴定与筛选,筛选出7株抗性较高的植株。
In order to creat new germplasm resource with resistance to stem rot,two yellow-seeded rape lines with high regeneration frequency(SH21 and K81) ,one black-seeded rape lines P98 and a haploid lines K85 were used to screen mutants resistant to stern rot with different γ radialization treatments. The pre-culture hypocotyl was used as the mutation material and Oxalic acid as screening reagent for stern rot [Sclerotinia sclerotiorurn (Lib) De Bary] resistance. The result showed that the oxalic acid concentration of 700 mg/L gave rise to the best result and 14 plantlets tolerant to oxalic acid were selected from the four lines, from which 7 plants were selected by idenfying their resistance to setm rot.
