双歧啤酒抗疲劳作用研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的:研究双歧啤酒对小鼠的抗疲劳效果。方法:小鼠随机分成空白对照组、实验对照组和双歧啤酒高、中、低三个剂量组,剂量分别为100、50、25ml/kgbw,空白对照组给予蒸馏水,实验对照组给予普通啤酒,共30d。测定负重游泳时间、肝糖原(LG)、尿素氮(BUN)、血乳酸(LAC)指标。结果:高、中剂量组双歧啤酒能显著提高小鼠运动耐力以及肝糖原储备量,降低运动后血乳酸和尿素氮含量。结论:双歧啤酒具有良好的抗运动疲劳作用。 Objective: To study the anti-fatigue effect of brewing bifidobeer. Methods: Mice were randomized into 5 groups; 3 groups were given brewing bifidobeer with dosage of 25, 50, 100 ml/kg bw respectively; the blank group was given distilled water at dosage of 50 ml/kg bw and the control group was given ordinary beer with dosage of 50 ml/kg bw. After 30 days, by the loaded swimming test, the death time was observed and recorded; the liver glycogen, serum BUN and LAC were also assayed. Results: High and medium dosage of Brewing bifidobeer can prolong the loaded-swimming time significantly, while decrease the consumption of liver glycogen and the level of BUN and also inhibite the increase of LAC. Conclusion: Brewing bifidobeer has excellent anti-fatigue effect.
