摘要
以藏红花提取物为原料,通过调配、高压均质搅拌与热压灭菌,得到藏红花口服液,利用响应面分析法考察不同配方参数对其感官评定的影响,同时以雄性小鼠为研究对象,观察其抗疲劳效果。在单因素试验基础上,利用Design-Expert软件,进行回归分析,确定藏红花口服液的最佳配方为:蔗糖含量2.6%、藏红花提取物含量11.4%、黄原胶含量0.38%、羧甲基纤维素钠含量0.15%,感官评分为95.27,接近预测值。与对照组相比,灌药1个月后的试验组小鼠,负重运动时间明显增长(p<0.05)、运动后血乳酸浓度生成量减少(p<0.05)、肝糖原储存量显著增加(p<0.05),表明其具有较好的抗疲劳效果。
Using Crocus sativus extraction as the main raw materials, the Crocus sativus oral liquid was developed through mixing, high pressure homogenizing stir and sterilization, to observe sensory evaluation effect of different formulas, also investigated anti-fatigue effect used mice as research objective. Response surface methodology with design-expert software was used based on the results of single-factor tests. The different contents of main or auxiliary materials were used as investigation factors and the sensory result was employed as the response value with regression analysis to optimize the best formula was as follows: 2.6% saccharose, 11.4% Crocus sativus extraction, 0.38% xanthan gum, 0.15% CMC-Na. The sensory result was up to 95.27, which was close to the theoretical result. After feed one month, the oral liquid could increase glycogen reserve(p0.05) and inhibit blood lactic acid rice for mice(p0.05), then prolong it sport time(p0.05). Therefore, the Crocus sativus oral liquid has anti-fatigue effect.
