摘要 气动技术是现今工业领域中的重要组成部分,凭借其成本低、高效率、清洁无污染的优点,得到了愈来愈广泛的应用。全气动控制方法在某些需要防燃、防爆、防静电的特殊场合则完全取代电-气控制。通过Fluid SIM-P软件的气动原理和仿真技术对气动打标机气动回路控制系统进行了设计分析。介绍了打标机的动作原理,采用串级法设计了气动打标机单一循环方式、连续循环方式以及停止切断循环等辅助情况;以及如果料仓中没有工件及时补充,气缸无法启动,系统停止;同时设置了急停按钮,使各气缸立即退回初始位置,且急停可以解除,系统重新开始启动。通过二者有效的结合成功的将模拟仿真后的气动打标机模型应用到了实际生产中,降低了成本,提高了效率,取得了良好的效果。 Pneumatic technology being an important part of today's industrial field,because of its low cost,high efficiency,clean and pollution-free advantages,has been more and more widely used. Full pneumatic control method in some need to fire and explosion proof,anti-static special occasions has completely replaced electrical and gas control. Based on the pneumatic principle of Fluid SIM-P software and simulation technology of pneumatic marking machines,pneumatic circuit control system design is analyzed. Introduces the action principle of marking machine,and pneumatic marking machine has been designed using the method of cascade single circulation mode,continuous loop mode and stop cutting cycle;If there are no artifacts in a bunker timely supplement,cylinder cannot be started,the system stop;Sets the stop button,and makes each cylinder immediately returned to the initial position,and stop can be lifted,and system is to start again. Through the effective combination of the successful simulation of pneumatic marking machine model has been applied to practical production,which will reduce the cost,improve the efficiency,and achieve good effect.
