摘要
综述了苯并咪唑衍生物的质子泵抑制性、抗菌性、抗寄生虫性、抗病毒性、动脉粥样硬化活性等药用活性与工业抗蚀性的研究进展及其航天应用,指出耐高温的聚苯并咪唑复合材料和低毒高效的苯并咪唑类药物的研究与合成是该领域未来研究的热点.
The recent advances in the study of benzimidazoles and their derivatives and their application in aerospace,including using as proton pump inhibitor, antimicrobial, antivirus, corrosion resistance, anti-parasite, pharmaceutical and biological activies against arteriosclerosis are reviewed, and the future hot spot was the study and synthesis of heat-resisting polybenzimidaoles and benzimidazoles with low poison and high efficiency.
