摘要 综述了近十年来报道的具有良好杀菌活性的苯并咪唑类化合物,根据咪唑环上不同位置的取代基团将其分为3类化合物并进行了详细的介绍,简约讨论了生物活性和结构之间的关系,最后对它的发展趋势和应用前景作了展望。 Recent ten year's advances on the development of novel benzimidazoles with antibacterial and antifungal activities were briefly reviewed in this paper. According to the different kinds of substituted groups in imidazole, three sorts of compounds were introduced in detail, and the relationships of bioactivities and structures were concisely discussed, the prospect of the products is viewed.
