摘要
目的分析居民对社区卫生服务的满意度情况及其影响因素。方法经过统一培训的调查员,采用统一设计的问卷对社区内180名15岁及以上常住居民进行随机调查,使用SPSS13.0对数据进行分析。结果该区居民对社区卫生服务的利用率为62.8%,对社区卫生服务的易及性、经济性、舒适性及安全性的满意率分别为93.8%、42.5%、78.8%、77.9%,总满意率为85.0%。结论居民基本满意社区卫生服务,影响居民满意度的主要因素为舒适性和经济性。
OBJECTIVE To study the the rates of the satisfaction about the community health services and the influential factors, METHODS 180 residents aged over 15 in Haizhu district were randomly selected by random sampling method, and they were investigated by the skilled commissioners, The data were analyzed by SPSS13, RESULTS The total rate of satisfaction is 85,0%, the satisfaction rates of residents about expedience, economy, comfort and security, were 93.8%, 42.5%, 78.8% and 77.9%. CONCLUSION The residents were satisfied with the community health services, the main influential factors of satisfaction is comfort and economy.
