摘要
在2014年7-9月份调查了合肥县15家乡镇医院中就诊的患者。采取现场发放问卷调查和深入访谈的方式,了解合肥县乡镇医院患者对医院的满意情况及医院在患者心中的形象。在各项满意度中,方便性均分为3.58分,舒适性均分为3.61分,安全性均分为3.55分,经济性均分为3.61分。
This paper is based on the investigation of the patients in 15 township hospitals of Zunyi County during July 2014 to September 2014 by questionnaire method in order to know the satisfaction on township hospitals and the image of township hospitals among patients. In different items, convenience, comfort, safety and economy average scores respectively are 3.58, 3.6, 3.55 and 3.61.
