摘要
1-(5-萘酚-7-磺酸)-3-[4-(苯基偶氮)苯基]-三氮烯(NSPAPT),在三乙醇铵介质和溴化十六烷基三甲胺(CTMAB)存在下,与阴离子表面活性剂(AS),十二烷基苯磺酸钠(DBOSO3Na)、十二烷基磺酸钠(DOSO3Na)、十二烷基硫酸钠(DSO4Na)分别形成1∶2紫红色配合物,配合物最大吸收峰位于598 nm,此方法应用于水样中微量阴离子表面活性剂的分析,所得结果的RSD均小于2%,且与亚甲基蓝光度法的测定结果相符。
In a medium containing 5 mL of triethanolamine per 25 mL of solution and in the presence of CTMAB 1-(5'-naphthol-7'-sulfonic acid)-3-[4"-(phenylazo) phenyl] triazene (abbreviated as NSPAPT) reacts with some anionic surfactants, such as sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, sodium dedecyl sulfonate, and sodium dodecyl sulfate separately to form a reddish violet colored complex having a mole ratio of (NSPAPT to anionic surfactant) 1 to 2, with its absorption maxima at the wavelength of 598 max The results obtained by this method in the analysis of river water and waste water samples gave values of RSD less than 2%, and were in consistency with the results obtained by the methylene blue photometric method.
