摘要
四跨膜蛋白超家族(TM4SF)跨膜连接蛋白参与调节细胞生长、迁移和黏附效应,并与整合素结合形成跨膜复合体,调节细胞与细胞外基质的信号转导,在肿瘤细胞转化、生长、侵袭及转移过程中起重要作用。本文对近年来关于TM4SF家族的结构、与整合素结合的相关机制及与人类肿瘤转移的相关性研究简要综述。
Transmembrane ligandin Transmembrane 4 super family（TM4SF） not only participates in cell growth, migration and adhesion, but also forms transmemebrane complex by binding with integrin as wen as regulate signal transduetion in extraeenular matrix, which play an important role in tumor of its cell transformation, development, invasion, and metastasis. This article reviews TM4SF about its structure, related mechanism of its combination with integrin and dependability with human tumor metastasis.
