摘要
子宫内膜异位症(EMs)是导致女性不孕的常见病因,其通过一系列的改变,如炎症、雌孕激素水平的变化以及盆腔微环境等变化,影响卵母细胞质量及子宫内膜容受性,最终导致不孕。而子宫内膜容受性降低被认为是EMs导致不孕的主要原因,其在位内膜中存在多种与子宫内膜容受性相关的异常表达因子。本文就EMs妇女在子宫内膜活检中已知报道的与子宫内膜容受性相关的生物标志物,包括四分子交联体5、骨桥蛋白、同源框基因HOXA10、非编码RNA等进行梳理,探讨其相关作用机制,以期为临床工作中对EMs的检测提供参考。
Endometriosis(EMs)is a common cause of female infertility.It affects oocyte quality and endometrium through a series of changes,such as inflammation,estrogen and progesterone levels,and changes in the pelvic microenvironment,and ultimately lead to infertility.The decreased endometrial receptivity is the main cause of infertility caused by EMs.There are a variety of abnormal expression factors related to endometrial receptivity in the eutopic endometrium of EMs.This paper discusses the known biomarkers related to endometrial receptivity,including tetramolecular cross-linker 5,osteopontin,homeobox gene HOXA10,non-coding RNA,etc.in endometrial biopsy of women with EMs,to explore the relevant mechanism and provide reference for the detection of EMs in clinical work.
