摘要
文章以1989年到2005年我国期刊评价在理论与实践上的发展为分析对象，借助文献计量学定量分析方法，概括十七年来我国期刊评价的理论研究重点，并从期刊评价指标体系的构建主体、期刊评价内容、期刊评价指标体系、期刊评价研讨会等方面简要回顾了此时期我国期刊评价事业的进展。在此基础上，结合近几年来我国期刊评价研究和实践中出现的新现象，探讨我国期刊评价的发展态势。
The paper analyzes the development of journal evaluation in theory and practice from 1989 to 2005. With the method of quantitative analysis in metrology, it summaries the study focuses of journal evaluation during the seventeen years, briefly reviews the undertaking of journal evaluation in this period with respect to the builders of evaluation index systems, evaluation contents, index systems and workshops of journal evaluation. On the basis of that, it probes into the trend of journal evaluation in China through the new phenomenon appearing in the theory and practice of journal evaluation.
