摘要
对数字资源开展建设与保障效果评价是高校图书馆文献信息资源建设工作的重要方面。文章在论述学科建设与数字资源关系的基础上,指出高校图书馆数字资源建设应以学科建设为导向。根据数字资源生命周期管理方式,构建学科建设视角下的高校图书馆数字资源评价指标体系,包括数字资源建设评价体系、数字资源使用评价体系与数字资源跟踪评价体系。
The evaluation of the construction and guarantee effect of digital resources is an important aspect of the construction of literature and information resources in university libraries.On the basis of discussing the relationship between disciplinary construction and digital resources,the article points out that the construction of digital resources in university libraries should be guided by disciplinary construction.Based on the digital resource lifecycle management approach,a digital resource evaluation index system for university libraries is constructed from the perspective of disciplinary construction,including the evaluation system for digital resource construction,the evaluation system for digital resource utilization,and the tracking evaluation system for digital resources.
