摘要 从激光防护和电磁波在半导体表面层的透射与反射的机理出发,提出并分析了以改变半导体薄膜的掺杂浓度来调节它的等离子频率,使它在可见光带有高透射,在红外区高反射,从而以实现红外波段激光的防护。 Based on the laser protection and the absorption and reflection of electromagnetic wave on the surface of semi - conductor materials, we presents and analyzes that the plasma frequency of semi - conductor films that are regulated by the way of changing its doping concentration. Which makes that it has high transparent in visible spectral range and high reflectance in infrared range. So it is realized that the flies are protected.
