知识产权证券化：知识产权融资的有效途径被引量：33

摘要知识产权证券化作为资产证券化技术的纵深发展,为促进高新技术转化,推动科技进步提供了有力的金融支持手段,已成为国外发展高新技术企业的重要融资方式。本文首先介绍了知识产权证券化在国外的发展历程,然后阐述了知识产权证券化的基本交易流程,接着分析了知识产权证券化的功效,最后从我国的实际情况出发,研究了我国实施知识产权证券化的可行性。
