知识产权证券化融资策略探析 被引量：1

摘要 伴随着知识经济的到来和资产证券化的发展,知识产权证券化日益受到人民的重视。与传统的融资模式相比,知识产权证券化具有自身独特的优势。本文介绍了知识产权证券化的基本理论,分析了知识产权证券化的交易流程,并对我国发展知识产权证券化提出了一些合理化的建议。
