摘要
利用IFA300型二维恒温热线风速仪系统对双旋流气体燃烧器模型的冷态流场进行了实验研究,测量了流场内不同位置瞬时速度分布及湍流强度特性。研究表明,该燃烧器能够组织合理的空气动力场,对负荷变化有较好的适应性。对比不同扩口结构下的流场,发现安装一定结构的缩放扩口可以更好地促进燃料稳定、高效、清洁燃烧。异向旋转射流不利于燃料与空气的均匀混合,还会使回流区长度大大缩短,在设计燃烧器时应避免这种结构。
An experimental study was conducted of the cold-state flow field of a dual swirl gas burner model through the use of an IFA300 type two-dimensional constant-temperature hot-wire anemometer system.The transient velocity distribution and turbulent flow intensity at different locations of the flow field were measured.The research results show that the said burner can organize a rational aerodynamic field and have a comparatively good adaptability to load changes.When the flow fields in different diffuser outlet structures are compared,it can be found that installing a convergent-divergent diffuser outlet of certain structure can better contribute to a stable,effective and clean combustion of fuel.A rotating jet flow assuming different directions can be detrimental to a uniform mixing of fuel and air and greatly reduce the length of the return flow zone.Such a structure should be avoided during the design of burners.
